A 42 cMW, three-story, air-cooled design located in the heart of Northern Virginia’s Datacenter Alley. Located adjacent to a golf course, this facility will utilize green screening and features the first green roof on any building ever for Loudoun County.

Tetracore HQ2

93,400 sf of life science lab and office space in a multi-tenant office building designed in under six months. Work included USDA requirements in a BSL3 Lab located inside a SCIF. Required an entirely new DOAS system and a new shaft to roof for critical systems.
